Launched in 2025 and created by Francis Kurkdjian, Homme is built around a dual iris note, both airy and intense, set over rich amber woods. It opens with a soft, powdery iris, warms through amber as it develops, then dries down to a grounded base of patchouli and vetiver. It is a smooth, mature scent that leans cosy rather than loud, and it is at its best when the weather turns cooler.

Is this the same as the earlier version of Homme? No. This is the 2025 reinterpretation by Francis Kurkdjian. Reviewers who know the earlier version describe the new one as smoother, simpler and sweeter, with less leather. If you loved the old one, sample before you commit, and if you are new to it, you are judging it on its own merits.
